Undamaged Goods
Have Control Ltd. is committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However if you are unhappy with your goods or you feel they are simply not what you are looking for, we will accept returns within 14 days for replacement or refund. This is on condition that the products are in their original packaging and both, packaging, instruction guides/manuals and goods are undamaged and deemed resalable.
Damaged Goods & Order Shortfalls
You should fully and carefully open all packaging and thoroughly check the goods upon delivery, to ensure the order complies with your expectations, that there is no damage or any missing items. This must be carried out within 48 hours of signing for the goods. You must notify us immediately if you find there is any damage. We will investigate fully and issue replacements as soon as possible. We will arrange to collect the faulty items or if we are unable to do so, we will fully refund all postage/delivery costs you incur. Failing to do so may result in our not being able to offer replacements/replenish shortfalls.
Refunds
Once Have Control Ltd. have been notified of your intention to return the goods (non-faulty) we will, subject to the goods having been returned to us in a resalable condition, initiate a refund process that will take no longer than 14 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card originally used to make the purchase. If this is for whatever reason not possible, you should advise us of this fact when you make initial contact to advise the return. Shipping/transportation cost refunds will only be made at the discretion of Have Control Ltd. management. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total of the product(s) returned.
Cancellation of Order/Change of Mind
In line with the 7 day cooling off period for online sales we will accept decisions to cancel orders on a ‘change of mind’ basis up to 7 days after the original order is placed.

All orders must be returned with either the original delivery note or proof of purchase.
In all cases, you are responsible for the safe return of all goods to our head-office address. We recommend that you always use a signed-for method of delivery as proof of dispatch will not automatically guarantee that your goods are received. If using a third party carrier, please ensure all items are carefully packaged, as returned goods damaged in transit will be rejected and may affect refund value. All outer packaging must be in a resalable condition and any original literature or instruction manuals must be complete and included within the packaging.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations Have Control Ltd. shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel must return the goods to us in original and resalable condition. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
