Payment and Delivery

Pricing

All our pricing is shown in UK£ (pounds sterling). We make every effort to ensure prices displayed are accurate however we reserve the right to amend pricing without notice. If prices have to change between point of order and point of dispatch we will contact you to gain your permission to continue with your amended order. You will, at this point be able to cancel your order if you wish. Please note, currently we do levy VAT charges on any of our products. 
 

Payments

Have Control Ltd. offer secure online payments via BARCLAYS using 128-bit encryption made using Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch and Mastercard credit or debit cards. You may also phone your payment through to us using your credit or debit card.

 

If you prefer, you can forward a cheque or banker’s draft to us by post to Have Control Ltd, 34 The Fairway,Bromley, Kent, BR1 2JY. UK. But please note, we will not be able to dispatch your goods until funds have cleared into our bank account.

 

Orders are accepted at the discretion of Have Control Ltd., and are fully subject to successful transaction authorisation or cleared funds being available; only when payment in full is received and availability of products is confirmed, our contract to supply your products becomes legally binding and we will be able to dispatch your goods. Should the payment method be unsuccessful, we will advise accordingly and offer the opportunity to pay using an alternative credit/debit card.

 

The total cost of your order will be a combination of products purchased and delivery charges. Although the full costs of your items plus additional delivery charges will be clearly detailed in your shopping basket before, during and after you place your order, once we are in receipt of payment, further formal confirmation will be made by email which will include your order reference number, a list of products purchased together with their cost, the delivery cost and shipping timeframe. Our full contact details will be displayed within the email. Your products will then be packed ready for delivery and dispatched.

                          

Delivery

Have Control Ltd. currently only deliver within the UK. If you are looking for delivery into the EU or beyond please email us support@havecontrol.co.uk with specifics and we will endeavour to help.

 

Although we are able to deliver to addresses other than where the credit/debit card you are using is registered (for instance a work address), we will still need the address where the card is registered for our records.

 

We will deliver your goods only via Royal Mail signed for or using a 3rd party courier service. The delivery time of your order is calculated in working days i.e., Monday to Friday not weekends. A further 2 additional working days should be added in the event of a Bank Holiday. Orders at peak times such as pre-Christmas may take longer still, however if there are any such unforeseen delays you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Please know we are working hard to keep both our delivery charges as low as possible and our delivery timescales as short as possible.

 

Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days on the basis all products are available from stock. If shipped directly from manufacturer please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Should your item be subject to special order (these are clearly marked) the delivery can also take up to 21 days.

 

All delivery times are approximate and no liability can be accepted (either direct or consequential) for costs arising out of a late or failed delivery.

 

Should a product be out of stock, either at our warehouse or at the manufacturer, we will notify you of the anticipated dispatch date of your product(s). If you choose not to wait you will have the option of cancelling your order or substituting it for another product of your choice that is available.

 

All items are despatched from Have Control Ltd. on a signed-for delivery basis and as such, if you are not available to sign for the delivery your consignment may be returned to the depot for collection/redelivery.

 

Although we do not offer timed deliveries we do our utmost to guarantee delivery within the stipulated timeframes. However, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our and our partners’ control these cannot be met. Have Control Ltd. will do everything in our power to arrange re-delivery at the next possible opportunity.

 
Should our carrier deem that actual access is unsafe, or other factors are preventing safe access and delivery, they would be within their rights to fail the delivery. Should an order be cancelled after such an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
 
Should goods have to be redelivered due to the customer not being at the delivery address on the approximate date given, the company holds at their discretion the company reserves the right to charge for the failed delivery, with redelivery also being chargeable.
 
Goods will not be left without a legible signature from the customer, and the customer's failure to receive the delivery will result in a failed delivery.
 
If you order items that are available on different dates we will hold all items until the full order becomes available, unless you decide to have each item delivered separately in which case you will be charged separately for each delivery.
 
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be deemed to be held at your risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage of items.
 

 
AVAILABILITY

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items advertised for sale on our website this cannot be guaranteed. We will undertake to deliver all products to you within a reasonable timeframe and to communicate with you during the process to maintain regular updates. However although acceptance of payment indicated acceptance to deliver, we cannot be held liable should a product become unavailable either temporarily or permanently in the interim.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland (+ outlying Islands) may incur a surcharge. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email to advise what the additional delivery charges will be and to confirm you are happy to proceed with your order.
